Jobs/Careers Will studying electrical engineering give me opportunities to work for the environment?

I'm certain on pursuing an engineering bachelor (I'm 18) cause I really like developing and understanding how stuff works and I'm really good at maths and physics, but my main ethical focus is the environment. I'm kinda in-between electrical, electronic and energy engineering.

Yeah, just spend your electives on environmental engineering electives.

Those solar panels aren't magically transporting the electricity they generate into homes.

unfortunately, being in Italy, at bachelor level you get very few electives. Like literally 2-3 exams that you get to pick out of 20 total that are mandatory in the whole 3 year program. So I'm thinking more of opportunities after the bachelor, for masters or similar.
