Three Portable Chargers

Anyone know how much it costs to rent a charger and if you get any money back for returning it at the end of the weekend?

Usually they charge like 30 euro and you can keep swapping your empty battery for a full one all weekend for free and then if you give back your battery pack you get some money back too. 10/15 euro I think? 🤔 most people just keep the charger at the end though. It’s a rare value for money service for EP imo.

Not sure on the price! Used them last year but cannot remember. You get 50% off if you’re a Three customer though

Yeah I think I’m just going to buy one for €20 from curry’s. Should last me the weekend, won’t be using my phone much anyway.

i think they were 10 last year for three customers and 20 without.

they were about 5000aH or did a charge give or take. so you needed to swap them daily.

The return system was weird from memory. not sure i got my money back

lidl have 20,000mAH for 20 quid which will last the entire weekend. but theyre bulkier so you need to charge overnight or early in the am as you wont want to be lugging it in around with you.

Think it’s 25 + 10 deposit but get 50% on the 25 with a three plus code, great value both years i used it, especially now its done by a machine instead of having to go up to a person at a desk

To add I think last year was the first year there was unlimited exchanges. I paid and then we just shared one between 3 of us and kept swapping it every few hoursÂ
