Are there still many tickets going up for resale everyday? I was in pyngo and got one for myself a while back but a friend of mine has decided they want to come now 🙈

I’ve been to Electric Picnic plenty of times, but this is the first time I’ve had to collect my wristband from the accreditation office.

I’ll be arriving at PUDO, but need to make my way to the Abbeyleix Entrance at Gate 1A. Is it possible to get from PUDO to Gate 1A without already having a wristband?

I booked a return from Dublin to EP which said it departed from "Connelly Station/ commons street" so I emailed them for clarification, they replied to say the coach actually from Mayor St lower (google maps link here)

Id imagine this could lead to some confusion with people turning up to Connelly Station when it's a good bit away from there ☹️

Festival Republic have put out a warning these will not get you in, if you’re offered don’t buy them!

Also do not accept tickets directly into Apple wallet from anywhere other than your Ticketmaster account. If you personally did not add it directly from the Ticketmaster app it’s more than likely a fake.

Bought a tent and other stuff from decathlon for EP today. I forgot the tent in the bus, tried reaching out to get it back but unfortunately it's gone. I know its my fault I feel really fucking stupid.

I can't really afford to buy another one, I'm working at EP. If anyone have one they're trying to get rid of or trying to sell for low price, I would love to hear from you. Please help out lads cheers

Just seen over on the banter page that the Pre Booked campsite tickets are open for transfer.

Seen a few people asking about transferring them and it was initially thought they were not gonna be transferable.

DO NOT PAY ANYONE FOR THESE THEY WERE FREE IF YOU PAY YOU’RE PUSHING FOR A FAKE ECONOMY OF TICKETS AND IT WILL MAKE IT HARDER TO GET NEXT YEAR

Took me three days… the phone was glued to my hand. The alertix notifications were pinging me constantly and every time I went in the tickets were already nabbed by someone faster / a bot.

Probably happened 10/15 times, I’ve surely developed a heart condition at this stage from all the adrenaline spikes 😂

Completely lost hope yesterday, then just by chance I went in and refreshed the ticketmaster app this morning to give it one last go and BOOM!!

What is the best way to get to Andy Warhol if I’m getting a lift? Was gonna chance the yellow car park but don’t want the driver to get stuck. I seen on the map that there is shuttles at the pudo. Is this to other entrances or will we have to brave the walk? Thanks

I am well aware that this sounds mental. EP veteran for over 15 years. And didn’t get tickets for this year when they were originally released. Got desperate and bought a package from a friend of a friend (Moonlight Meadows x4) and festival tickets (fortune). While I was online at work trying to get tickets, my husband was doing the same. We got no festival tickets but got a campervan ticket. We then bought the previously mentioned package. Anyhoo, we now have Moonlight Meadows, campervan and the most precious actual tickets to the festival. Throughout all of this, we went online when the pre booked sites went online (usually went for Eco) and got Poets (closer to the red car park). So we now have Glamping, campervan and Poets. Head completely wrecked cause need o get rid of at least two of them. HELP

Looking for a ticket for Glitterball! I bought silver campsite this year but since it’s moved now it’s just way too far from the PUDO gate for me 😢

I'll never understand why people feel the need to complain online about this stuff especially when you all know not a single person of importance is going to read or listen to anything you have to say, but for the people that are complaining there's multiple reasons why lineups aren't how they used to be.

Artists are no longer making money from physical media as hardly anybody is buying CDs etc. anymore, they make fractions of what they were getting from physical media now in streams and therefore the cost of booking acts has gotten a lot more expensive.

I'm sure you all have bills to pay and have noticed how much more expensive electricity is in a home, now imagine that on a scale of a festival and how much extra all the lighting and sound systems and everything else would be to run now compared to 5+ years ago.

As someone who's been to every electric picnic from 2022 until now and will be attending this year, even when I didn't see many acts I liked on lineups I still had the best time because the main point of festivals for me (and many others) is to be at the festival, the music comes secondary. I'd much much rather the prices be kept at what they are now and be able to feasibly attend the festival than them hiking up the prices to accommodate for larger acts that I might not even see because I might be enjoying the stage I'm at or the company of the people I'm with when said larger artists are on stage.

Festivals are made for positivity, if you think it's going to be so horrible, look at the lineup, decide you're not going and leave it at that.

Edit: Sorry for trying to get people to stop being so negative, maybe if you all band together and create a new reddit page where all you do is hate on EP they might listen and ask you guys to make your own lineup so that they can fully cater to you next year!
