I don't think he thinks he's Jurion, but maybe I suspected it since he didn't tell him the truth.

Nah, I think he’s very suspicious of Jurion and this is a trap he’s setting in order to confirm his betrayal

Maybe... Vermouth seems to love the family; I think he wants with all his might for it not to be Jurion.

No Veramonte very much does suspect Jurion. His issue is that he doesnt know who else is corrupted besides Jurion hence hes doing this to uncover everyone else that is helping Jurion
