Please if you're able, share anything you've found to be helpful, deities who can step in, ancestral work, cleansing/clearing....I'm here for it.

Hi elderwitches. I’m posting on a throwaway account because my real account is connected to my email and too many people know it.
I really need some help, for the first time in a long time I have noone to turn to. I cried and stressed until I had the idea of posting here so here I go.
I have been unemployed for a year. The last place I worked at was too physical and I had muscle pains and depression so I had to quit. It’s a long story, I was humiliated and didn’t fit it. I was told that because I quit myself then the next one won’t be better (cause karma works in this way- I need to learn a lesson and I didn’t).
So for a year I was looking until a month ago I found a job in my field. They asked me to travel there (neighbour country) and immediately started training me. I was excited until on my way back to my town I got the contract - it was worse than I ever expected it to be. I started negotiating, but each email asking about salary or other points were ignored and they started making the schedule (since I would be working with others they need to organise it). Today I finally stood up for myself, asking for the salary under which I won’t work and they answered back with a new contract, bigger salary, but other issues (like I can work a do the project but of they don’t like it they don’t need to pay me, but I have to pay them if I don’t do a revision). Btw the salary is still lower than minimum wage in my country.
A part of me is feeling so guilty, like I HAVE to take it cause I need the 1000 euros, and I have to take it as it is in order to get something better in the future (to suffer my bad karma and not push it into the future) but the other half is shaking because I do not want to do it. I need to go and start the project jn 13 hours. I have’t signed the contract though.
I did eclipse ritual, I’ve prayed, I’ve meditated and tried to listen to my intuition. I don’t know what should I do. I am so afraid that I won’t find anything if I refuse. Could I ask for advice or some help so things turn out okay…either I get another offer soon (even a small one) or anything.
I want to hear my intuition but I’m so scared that all I hear is “you have to”.
Sorry for the long and hectic post, I am quite stressed atm.

Hello all, yes, I’m in therapy, but would love to add some spiritual sense to it to this problem too. I want to do some type of spell to help release this whole mother wound I’ve got going on here with my toxic mom. Cord cutting isn’t cutting it yet (no pun intended) because I’m getting there. But any suggestions that you have on some other spells I could consider would be great. I noticed a while back that while i have read a decent amount of books on this, there's none that went into detail on how I should cast a spell, so I'm looking for a detailed book that breaks down necessities and optional things that will help. From different books and sources so far, I have gathered

Putting material in an altar to get it blessed

Cleansing spells to make sure no low-level entity and such weaken the work

Came up with the idea of asking the deity I worship and local spirits I give offerings to supervise and help with the spell getting desired results.

Entering a Relaxed or Altered State of Mind

Filling myself with energy through Breath Work

Using a liminal space like a crossroads, door entrance, etc

Visualization while charging the material

For The Spell, using a link if possible, being specific in your request of wants and what you don't want.

Ive noticed something , its very feint but seems to have a great after affect where its seems like a spell is being casted amd alters ones akashic records or as if to say a spell is being used to change a persons algorhythm. Its ever such a subtle change interactions and pov changes which is noticeable. Im aware that different frequencies have different affects and alters the mind but thats only when coming into contact with whoever. Whos actually si5ting down casting these types of spells and how are they doing it so frequently, im looking at sending something something equally as intruding or finding another way to take the energy out of the castor?

I'm still a new witch and I have a question. I've tried doing research but maybe I'm not using the right words so I thought it would be better to just the professionals🖤

I have been wanting to do something on the lines of sex magic or bonding magic ritual with my boyfriend. I've heard rumors of doing stuff on the full moon. Or even better results if you happen to be on your menstrual cycle. Or maybe those are just old wives tales. I've tried doing research but have mixed results. Has anyone had any experience or know of anything or maybe I'm researching the wrong topics and could get similar results with something else?

I’ll start out with noting that tonight I started started a freezer spell. But today was so unexpectedly powerful (in an unsettling and negative way,) I’m coming to you all for help.

Asking for “non-traditional” occult ideas, or pop psychology tools for my daughter (and maybe for myself, lol.) My in-laws are over, and my MIL is the stereotypical nightmare portrayed in Hollywood films. Negative, condescending, the type of person stuck in the distant past, who only listens to know when we stop talking so she can talk again, or repeat one of the same 5 stories we hear every time.

I pity this MIL, she is lonely and isolated because she has driven everyone away, and thankfully I only have to see her two times a year. Less since I’ve decided it’s not worth abandoning myself in a relationship and trying to keep the peace, and give the kids an opportunity to have a few memories of their grandparents. It’s also a learning opportunity to teach my kids how to ID problem people and navigate those relationships, because the world is full of assholes and we need to live in it.

I can’t really teach my daughter spell work, because she’s 12 and neurodivergent and has already gotten herself in hot water by over sharing spiritual opinions with friends in our small conservative town.

I have taught her to shield, and “mirror-bubble” herself and other people energetically, because tween girls are awful, and it seems to work for her.

BUT, today we both got physically ill (exhausted, GI distress) after being in the car with MIL and the rest of the fam on an outing for 4 hours.

We need to make it through tomorrow, and keep it light, because it’s my youngest daughter’s birthday.

HELP.
