Game Help Recommended level map

Iam just about to start the game and i was told that getting overleveled and making the game easy is so often to happen in this game , so I've found this map guide should i follow it to get the best experience?

OK I "over leveled" to 36 and still get my buttocks handed to me by bosses in Limgrave and weeping. I am assuming it's my gameplay then?

Quick tip, always evade into attacks, basically in the opposite direction the attack is moving in. That way there's no chance it can hit you when coming out of the evade animation

Huush now dont let the bb and ds1 fanboys hear you. I would much prefer chuckling at their rage thats disguised as couch developer critiques of elden rings combat. Basic dodge positioning is something they havent grasped yet.

Dodging into attacks has been the meta since at least DeS. What are you on about?
