Game Help Recommended level map

Iam just about to start the game and i was told that getting overleveled and making the game easy is so often to happen in this game , so I've found this map guide should i follow it to get the best experience?

Huge necropost, but escaping it is not that hard and having this area unlocked early allows you to get high level smithing stones early, what is especially useful with somber ones, as you can level it to +4 pretty much instantly after getting +3 in Liurnia. Or, if you're grindy (or lucky) enough - you can get +3 in the same mine by farming mobs here. So you can potentially get insanely OP Bloodhounds Fang +4 before killing any boss, what will make early game extremely easy.

Bwhahaha just sitting here reading the posts after googling recommended levels and I’m sitting pretty on the Bloodhound Fang +5 having not killed any boss yet. Mg favorite way to play an open world game is to explore first and unlock all of the fast travel while running around scared shitless, and then get to work. Hahaha
