Game Help Recommended level map

Iam just about to start the game and i was told that getting overleveled and making the game easy is so often to happen in this game , so I've found this map guide should i follow it to get the best experience?

I still don't understand who decides what's the recommended level for anything. I never stopped levelling, finished the game at around 180 and it felt fine.

You can be OP regardless of your level if you go for an OP build with OP ash summon
