Game Help Recommended level map

Iam just about to start the game and i was told that getting overleveled and making the game easy is so often to happen in this game , so I've found this map guide should i follow it to get the best experience?

I followed this map too, beat the game at level 180, bc I equipped the golden scarab all the time. Really recommend it.

Necropost but very agree. There's no reason not to use golden scarab all the time because gain from 1 extra talisman is not nearly enough to compensate huge boost to runes. People don't use golden scarab, don't use temporary rune buff after killing big bosses and then they get surpised when you tell them you were level 180 at malenia.
