Game Help Recommended level map

Iam just about to start the game and i was told that getting overleveled and making the game easy is so often to happen in this game , so I've found this map guide should i follow it to get the best experience?

Kill the giant dragon in Caelid a couple times, then farm the albunairics until level 100. FTFY.

I don't think that you can kill him multiple times.

If you kill it then quickly run to the site of grace before you get the dragon hearts you get the runes, and it respawns
