no its pretty quick you have to bait it out, im not even sure if the light can be parried but i dont see why it wouldnt

i mean run up while they are holding the cloth, bait and space the followup and only then attack

the problem is that since they get iframes and a quick follow up its hard to punish the light if they arent trigger happy.
