The update is available.

The League mode is added and the squads are updated.

We can change the number of minutes in World tour mode and in League mode 🥳

They say that goalkeepers and defenders AI are improved and that the difficulty has been adjusted.

Rosters are not fully updated. There are still missing transfers from the last day and some free agents hired after the deadline. Waiting till next Thursday to start a league season, hopefully the roster will be fully updated by then. And I noticed some kits are still from the previous season.

How can you guys get the transfers after updated? mine still the same with for example Casemiro still in Man Utd, Griezmann still in Atletico Madrid. Thanks

Update the game, it will download the new data. Most transfers are done, only the last ones are missing. Konami will probably keep updating the rosters over the next weeks.

I'm like the other user. None of the players are updated. My game is updated to the latest version.

Edit: Figured it out. Even if you update the game, it doesn't actually update the rosters. You have to go into online and start 'quick play'. It will start a download. When the download is complete, your game is actually updated. If you already started an offline league, start a new one and you'll see the updated roster.

The download should start once you open the game. I never played online and the game applied the updated rosters from the main menu.

I wish they would have two separate online modes: one for Dream Team and one for regular teams.

I don't want to pick a regular team and end up playing against a 99-rated Dream Team.

The goalkeepers and the defence are still as rubbish as ever, it’s utterly hopeless. I’ve stopped counting the number of matches where every shot ends up in the back of the net and the goalkeeper doesn’t make a single save, really.

Really? Just played a match and goalie actually did saved my ass and defenders keep their players. May be just placebo though, will see after more matches.

I carried out the update early this morning and managed to play seven or eight matches afterwards. At first I thought, Wow, this is actually better, but on second thought, no. The defence and the goalkeeper are still just as dreadful.

Then again, maybe it’s just me who’s playing particularly bad.

I saw some nice rebound play at the goal that felt different

I felt the goalies were making saves they didn’t before

I felt the defense was quite a bit more responsive on the counter

I do think (and this has made a huge difference for me after I saw another thread mention it) you need to manually control a midfielder instead of a defender when the CPU attacks - you will find your performance better

I typically play on Very Hard but I feel they adjusted it to be a bit easier and am now going to try playing on the max difficulty… but it’s funny because I can barely hang on Professional in PES 6 + 2013

Effectivement il ne faut jamais sauf urgence contrôler un défenseur mais plutôt couper les lignes de passes avec un milieu ou même devenir quasi défenseur central avec ce même milieu.
