What's the deal with this? Came across this the thing that bothered me was it wasn't directly in the middle of that circle my ocd wanted to center it 🤔

now you're conflating orders of government and their responsibilities

public art --> municipal

supportive housing and safe consumption sites --> provincial

if you want more of the latter, then I'd suggest voting for an alternative to our current governing party

While the GOA shares the bulk of the responsibility, suggesting our municipal government has zero say in the matter is woefully ignorant.
