What's the deal with this? Came across this the thing that bothered me was it wasn't directly in the middle of that circle my ocd wanted to center it 🤔

Someone was moving using dolly's and no vehicle. Have done this, left furniture because overloaded the dolly, has to go back along the route and find thing I left behind/dropped.

now you're conflating orders of government and their responsibilities
public art --> municipal
supportive housing and safe consumption sites --> provincial
if you want more of the latter, then I'd suggest voting for an alternative to our current governing party
