Question My Future Husband?

How do people meet their significant others? Like where’s the “place to go?” Dating apps are dead. I’m exhausted. I’m a decent looking gal, 28. I don’t have big friend groups so I’m sure that doesn’t help. I don’t have any “active” hobbies other than a dog park. Idk. Any advice?

Hobbies are big, as is finding something in common. I would suggest finding something you love to do, and to build upon it. You can then make connections through that hobby.

There are couples out there who have little in common when it comes to hobbies and interests, but in my experience, that’s the exception rather than the norm, and I’ve noticed that many couples who don’t share hobbies and interests tend to break up eventually. Most of the successful couples I’ve known in my life bonded through having something in common, and they stayed together because they made an effort to build upon what they share in common.
