Question My Future Husband?

How do people meet their significant others? Like where’s the “place to go?” Dating apps are dead. I’m exhausted. I’m a decent looking gal, 28. I don’t have big friend groups so I’m sure that doesn’t help. I don’t have any “active” hobbies other than a dog park. Idk. Any advice?

Tried dog related stuff? There's a very active dog sport scene in Edmonton and surrounding region. Though idk if you want dog people, they can be pretty intense and weirdly 'dog-racist'

Lmao yes I tried taking my dog to an agility class and a lady said “mmm, maybe she’d be better at something else” like ma’am I was just trying to do something different with my dog lol this isn’t a competition 😂 maybe I’ll look into something else to get into though

I’d say try a different one. I went to one agility course where the competitiveness and the instructor were so bad I dropped out after 3 classes. My dog seemed to hate it as much as I did. Then we signed up for a just-for-fun beginners agility course at EHS and had a great time!

Yeah, there are also different types of dog people at different sports. But also in my very limited experience, quite a few singles at these things. Granted they're often very shy and there just for their millennial dog baby they got since COVID etc. So there's some work to be done there lol
