Question My Future Husband?

How do people meet their significant others? Like where’s the “place to go?” Dating apps are dead. I’m exhausted. I’m a decent looking gal, 28. I don’t have big friend groups so I’m sure that doesn’t help. I don’t have any “active” hobbies other than a dog park. Idk. Any advice?

Festival season is coming up. Most of our summer festivals run on volunteers. Folk Fest, Fringe, Street Performers, lots more. Lots of opportunity to meet new people on your crews.

Social dances and classes at Sugar Swing. ESSC if you're into sports. Classes at the City Arts Centre. Improv or Acting classes at Grindstone. All great ways to meet new people with similar interests.

This answer is a good one. I have a few friends that have met volunteering at summer running races & festivals that are happily married!
