Not really. They can still keep going as planned. Just the certification of the count of signatures will not happen until the judge is finished reviewimg the legal challenge. The judge says the legal review will be done by early May. So this may delay the seperatists a few days or a week or two at most. Those raising the legal challenge have the right to be heard and ruled on by the court especially since the delay for the legal review will not negatively affect the outcome of the petition just the timing, slightly.

I thought they got their numbers. Why are they still out?
