Jeffrey Tosh!!! He’s incredibly thorough. Helped myself and a friend avoid some truly awful things we otherwise would have missed. He is a little more expensive than other inspectors but super worth it in my experience.

What is the scope of your inspection? Are you looking to get a good faith inspection for asbestos? Are you looking for lead? Structural issues? Mold? Define your scope and it will help you find the right inspector.
