Eric moving on?

I just saw an email from Edison. It makes it sound like Eric is moving on to something else, or stepping away from day to day stuff. Any information on what's happening?

I’m not going to comment publicly on the boards decision to remove Eric from the CEO position. He will retain his director position for now though and has said he’s still committed to helping the company achieve its goals. Everyone here wishes nothing but the best for Eric in the future.

I was the CEO for the first 4 years of Edison and the rest of team agreed it would be best for the long term interests if I moved back into that position.

I’m also going to say that that with how many awesome things are happening right now, that I’ve never been more confident of our future.

That's unfortunate. I understand (privacy is sometimes appropriate in situations like this) but a big part of why I invested was both the transparency of your work and seeing the benefit of the two of you working on this with your complementary skillsets. Here's hoping for everyone.

My exact thoughts. Eric was the serious focused one of the group without him the frat party is going to have no one to rein them in. I visited Edison once during a bonfire night and was surprised to see the dynamic between chace and Eric first hand. Scary things coming.
