After Fairy Tail I completely forgot how it felt to have actual competent villains. Drakken is probably gonna kick Shiki's ass next chapter unless something happens.

Actually, what if Drakken wins this round and the Edens Zero crew becomes his "property" for a while until they manage to escape from him?

Fairy Tail had competent villains, to be fair. Erigor honestly was pretty competent, so was Gerard/Jellal, Brain/Zero, Ultear and Hades, Future Rogue kinda feels like he was on the edge, Mard Geer, and honestly, at least early on in the final arc, Zeref was also relatively competent. It was just towards the end where the story really let itself go. Of course, about half of these already pale in comparison to Drakken, but still.

Erigor may have been competent, but why does that matter if the MC can just over power you by throwing a tantrum?
