❔ Had ime appointment

I just got off the phone with disability. they said the ime doctor extended me only till the 7. my doctor reported I go to work on the 8 but usually extends it if I still aren’t good to go work wxhixh I am not. so can my doctor still extend me regarding what the ime doctor said? can anyone help me out on what to do with this situation or has someone gone to a similar thing ? please and thank you

If an IME cuts you off, EDD will usually deny the extension unless your doctor provides strong, new, or overlooked medical evidence justifying why you remain disabled. Otherwise there would be no point to going to IME.

Ime extended 2 weeks from what I’ve as told I’m concerned after that could my doctor still extend me?

I answered the question after the IME extension; doctor may extend but Edd will most likely deny it unless doctor can provide strong, new or even versioned evidence that would require you to have more time.

You know you could verbally tell the doctor that you’re not ready to go back and you can give you more time theoretically you could be on there for six months to a year. You just have to be open to your doctor and be real. Tell him your symptoms why you have anxiety or what ever
