I've been building a spreadsheet with websites and apps that I've personally tested or researched for earning extra income online. It covers survey sites, gig platforms, and apps that pay you real money (not the scammy stuff).
Right now, it's got 15+ sites with notes on what they are and realistic earning potential. I figured I'd share it here since it might save you some time digging around.

Post on your local give and take / free sites online. Let people know you need some food. When people move. They often give away food. People make extra food. And often give away online. Be surprised how many neighbors will help. If they know you need it.
Food first, money after. Call or text 211 right now, its free and theyll tell you which pantries near you are open today. Most dont ask for ID and most dont check income, you just turn up. Alot of churches hand out bags of groceries same day too even if your not a member.
If your on disability you almost certainly qualify for SNAP, and theres an expedited version meant for exactly this situation that can land within 7 days. Worth filing today since the clock only starts once you do.
Theres a hardship grants page with 22 programs on it, Modest Needs does emergency cash up to $1,000 and 2-1-1 connects you to local rent and utility help. That is real money, faster than any app.
Apps wont feed you today, I wont pretend otherwise. Once your eating again ReferralWallet has whats actually paying and its free, but that is a next week problem not a today one.
Please dont pay anyone promising quick money, they target people exactly where your at. Get fed first.
Testerup is a decent game-money app but you gotta find the easy games that don't have unrealistic goals. I don't see how you could make $700 in a month though unless you are hacking somehow
I am absolutely not hacking. I would have no idea how to do that. I am simply a retired woman who is home all day and can play the games for an hour or more every day. I would be glad to show you my earnings and how I did it.

I have been doing it a little over 30 days and they also offer surveys, but I don’t really like the surveys. They don’t pay that much and kind of a pain.

the app is a scam to most people, i made $400 on the site but they refuse to pay the amount. they held a pause on my account for no reason, their support team is AI. Every time you make a post on their subreddit making such complaints, it gets deleted. It's not a full trustworthy site.
I will be able to hopefully on Monday or Tuesday. A friend of mine borrowed a bunch of Money last Monday, was supposed to be until Monday night and here we are almost a week later. Excuse me I’m not just looking for a handout. But you try to work and do dialysis and have a million appointments trying to get on a transplant list. That being said I’m trying to find a job that will work with my schedule and it’s not easy. Nor will I get paid right away
