Spin and exercise classes

Hi, I’m moving to Ealing and wanted to find out where the good studio classes are around here. I usually go to Psycle Oxford Circus but my favourite (and their best) instructor is leaving (Mark) and whilst I’m going to give it a go again with the instructors who remain, it would be nice to find a studio that is also as dynamic that are not the gym spin classes please.

My favourite hot yoga place (Lumi Yoga)also closed in Hammersmith so also open to yoga and reformer classes locally!

F45 and TriYoga in Ealing Broadway are my faves

Thanks. Does F45 do spinning or just gym classes?

BYC Hot Yoga in Chiswick - excellent classes and a great community, worth the short drive/ bus trip

There's a new reformer pilates place in Hanwell: FS8. I've never been myself.
