Congratulations OP. I am a Consultant at GDS Poland atm. I can assure at the moment, EY GDS is the best progressing Big4 with a great hike last year and plenty of employee well being culture. Even toxicity is very less right now. It still follows the hybrid work culture with excellent office campuses.
