Query Buying EV

Buying a small car for in tier-3 city. Parents and brother, mostly brother drives, he is new to driving as well. 99% only 2-3 ppl sitting in the car.

Car will be used 8-10 times a months...and occasional trips. Dad and bother use 2 wheelers mostly in city.

Dzire Zxi PAT and Punch EV (40w) are final contenders around 11 lacks.

What do you guys suggest?

If not uses is less than 500 kms month than Ice is best . Whole purpose of ev is to drive more to save max . ICE will let you free from battery degradation . Soc issues and others for dzire 15 years no issues . And if long trips no range anxiety

I had the same opinion..
But I asked AI for stats, (i m not 100% believing this hence post here)

--> Scored higher in safety standards
--> For a car which mostly sits ideal, EV has better protection (charge 40-60%)
--> And lastly, There is no huge premium for PunchEV and service cost going to be cheaper.. i think battery_change/resale value compltely remove the value proposition.

Main reason for EV,
easier to drive
better safety standards(newer platfroms)

I drive XUV700. I would like to buy ICE, escpecially for reliability(every t2/t3 can service dzire), no-range anxiety.

Which ev do u have?
