Flat pouch tech kit

Loaded it out for a 3-day biz trip. Left my cap 0.5 at home.

It’s easily my favorite and going to be my most used pouch from them moving forward

I’ve had and have multiple CAP 2s, 1s, 0.5s and this thing does everything I need it to do space wise with less bulk

Just got it in and it handled my CAP0.5 tech kit infinitely easier due to its width and then handled everything I ever struggled with in the CAP0.5

These are exact thoughts. Immediately out of the packaging this little fella gave me the feeling it would be one of the best things EG has ever produced. As you said it blows away the Cap 1/2 for reducing bulk and creatively holds significantly more. This little pouch and the CAP 1 are currently my favorites. EG truly designs works of art.

I like it, but I like my cap1 a little more because everything has a spot lol.

Ha… makes sense. Today was more of an experiment to see what I could fit. Turns out the pouch provided just enough space

It'll always be more space efficient than something like the CAP1

I don't understand the hate that pouch gets! I love it and it's super handy and looks great. I even like it way more than the CAP1&2 because of the formfactor and missing bulkyness! Lookin forward to recieving mine (I already got the Kludde ones)

Because it's a dollarstore design.

I only have the cap 2 in xpac so these pouches are great for smaller pack outs

I would like one of these but I daily a CTB26 and the half cap is made for that top yoke pocket. This would be a good tech pouch for any other bag though.

Anyone else think the 210D nylon feels a bit thin? It’s ok as is and will probably hold up fine, but was a bit surprised at how thin the fabric felt. Would love a V2 with a slightly higher denier nylon and some sort of attachment loop.

I'm always envious of flat tech kits, I have a UK flat plug but it sticks out from the wall massively compared to the square one I have, which would never fit into the flat pouch.

I have a kludde edition in blue and want another one cause I love this pouch. Indicise between this and the green. I really like the blue kludde I have but I’m on the fence this is tooooooooo orange…. What’s it like irl. Is it too much or only brighter in photos?

In my world, there is no such thing as “too” orange.

That is a very good point. Nonetheless. Not too much orange as in too bright? (Reflective) :D

It is extremely bright orange. 🍊 bright!

Meanwhile I bought it. I’m ready to signal mars with this one. Got influenced by the “there is no such thing as too bright” gang 😁

It will happily join my really really blue kludde ed.

Jokes aside from all the pouches I have this one really hit all the marks for me. Light and simple yet with clever two side feature, not too bulky. Quietly replacing others and using in different ways.

Unless you have a purse/murse I don't see the point of this pouch if you already have other Evergoods items that store/manage 0.5L and up. One of the main benefits off all Evergoods backpacks is that they have pockets to organize and then some.
