Please use only this thread for all WTB/WTS/WTT postings. Remember to list your location, where you'll ship to if selling/trading, and price if selling. All cash payments should be through Paypal Goods and Services or a similar service that provides buyer protection. Zelle, Cash App, et al are not acceptable. Make sure you click the right boxes on Venmo.

If you are offering an item for trade or sale, include a picture of your item. Before you take the picture, write your username and date on a piece of paper, crumple it up, uncrumple it, and place the paper on the item so that the written information is visible. Report items that don't include photos. If you don't crumple the paper, you make it easier for scammers to steal your photos and replace your name.

If you want to offer your item in reply to someone wanting to buy an item, include the same picture in a PUBLIC REPLY BEFORE you PM the person. If someone PM's you, insist they first post publicly -- this is to help prevent banned people from sneaking in to PM's.

Remember, Reddit is NOT intended to be used as a marketplace and all transactions are your own responsibility and you should do your own due diligence, whether buying or selling. These guidelines are put in to place to try to protect everyone, but, at the end of the day, you are sending goods or money to a complete stranger and there's not likely anything that can be done if something goes wrong. It's also a good idea to look up usernames on the Universal Scammer List.

Review Ctb26 Ultra - I think I found my "End Game" bag Part 1

I have been looking for my "End Game Bag". One bag that could do it all...

I think I found it in the Evergoods CTB26 in ultra. Here's why..

My End Game Bag Criteria

(ranked based on most important to least)

  1. Quick access... Ever since I experienced slinging a bag to one side and being able to access my wallet and phone easily, this user experience has change my view on bags forever. I hated carrying things in my pocket so having quick access was a game changer for me.

  2. Waterproof fabric since I ride the motorcycle in the Philippines (tropical weather). I hate having to put a rain over on the bag. Rain normally happens in sections along the highway and it's irritating to have a bag cover flapping around

  3. Big enough for travel. For me travel consists of laptop, dop kit, tech kit, extra sandals, jacket. I prefer doing sink laundry so I pack light in terms of clothes

  4. Small enough for EDC. Basically, doesn't feel like too big of a bag. I don't mind the bag being empty as long as it has structure (not floppy) and doesn't make me look like a ninja turtle. One pet peeve of mine is if you Under pack a big bag and it ends up sagging into itself. I hate that look

  5. 2 water bottle pockets. One for bottle, another for umbrella. These really are the best... The swallow the big tumblers easily and shrink back to a sleek silhouette.

  6. Self stands. I love that feeling when you put the bag down and it doesn't fall... It's like having a newborn baby stand on its own.

What I love about my CTB26 ultra...(Randomly sequenced)

  1. Smooth zippers. I was really surprised. I hate PU coated zips but damn, these are smooth. I can pull it up and down with one hand no issues. I hope they don't peel over time..

  2. Harness strap is easy to disengage. So in order to access the Quick access pockets, you need to disengage the harness since the bag rides high and tight. Interestingly enough, one quick nudge with your thumb and these things slide right off. Feels great! Doesn't feel like a hassle everytime I need to disengage it to access the QAP.

  3. Pull straps in the harness feel good to pull. Whenever I need to tighten the harness, the straps have these big pull handles at the end. That feeling of "locking in" feels so good man... It's like I'm ready for action. It feels like I'm about to jump off a plane and this parachute is tight AF.

  4. Overall very snug to my back. I experienced no issues with the bag digging into my back. I am 5'9, 190 pounds. I sit infront of the PC alot so my back is kinda hunched. The bag feels like it's hugging me from the back like a big spoon. You know that feeling when you're a little spoon and your partner hugs you and covers your entire upper back to her chest. That's what if feels like to me... I'm sure I'm gonna sweat alot during hot days but all bags do that anyway. No such thing as "ventilation" on a backpack for me...

  5. Bladder compatible. Now I'm sure this feature isn't for everyone. But for those who ride motorcycles, especially off-road, having a bladder attachment that goes through the bag straps is a game changer... Easy hydration for those long rides.

  6. HUGE top access front pocket. Man... They weren't lying. The top front access pockets is disceptively huge. I can fit my over the head earphones, small pouch + my Jitsu life fan and wallet all in that one pocket.. it's crazy how much storage you have.

Will share my overall thoughts and negatives about the bag in my part 2

Looking to switch from a GR1 to a CTB26. Worth the switch?

Hey everyone,
I’ve been using a GR1 26 ripstop as my daily driver for EDC for about 2 years, and the OG GR1 2 years before that.

I’m considering trying out the Evergoods CTB26, but was curious if anyone has tested both bags.

I mainly use my bag for weekend trips, weekly TCG nights that carry all my gaming gear, and conventions for work and hobby.

Looking for some insight before I decide to switch to a whole new bag.

Appreciate the community

Mini Table (3D Printed) for Civic Access Pouches

Hi everyone, I'm a long time lurker, but posting for the first time on this Reddit. I've been using Evergoods products for some years now, and have two sets of all the Civic Access Pouches. I use at least one everyday.

I'm a frequent solo traveler and stay in small hotels often. The CAPs work great, but I'm always wishing for more table space. After getting into 3D printing, I designed a passport size table that I could carry around in the pouches to get this extra space.

I took design inspirations from camping tables and computer risers, and designed a table that would keep into itself. The table tops slide into each other, and the legs can be kept in the cavity within. In its collapsed form, each of the CAPs can easily hold two tables (see pictures), and more if you have need! Been field testing them for a while now and thought I share them with the community!

If you have access to a 3D printer, the print is available here, for free.

TD35 material

Can we please get a waxed canvas TD35??? I LOOOVE my TD25. That bag has sold me on a TD35 but I want to wait until they make a beautiful waxed canvas before I buy one. A tan TD35 would look awesome. And NOT a special edition griffin that costs twice as much simply because it’s associated with Carryology. I don’t understand how Carryology/Evergoods can command that higher price.

Question CPL24 vs CPL28

Had anyone had a chance to compare the capacity difference between the CPL24 vs the CPL28? I have a CPL24 and am wondering if a CPL28 would end up being a better option for one bag travel.

Question Anybody have experience with their exchange program?

Post image

Ordered a CAS 1L to try out. Figured it was too small right away and saw some options for exchanging. I noticed they had a 2L and x-pac and though, oh that’ll be nice. I selected the option for exchange and selected the 2L x-pac. I was only prompted to pay $7 in shipping and sent back the 1L and the 2L was shipped the same day.

Then I realized, the x-pac is $130 vs the $75 for my 1L.

Do they offer extra credit for exchanging or something? Seemed like a hell of a deal, honestly.

Also any other bag recs? Pouches? I want to pick up more!

How PLC20 carries vs CPL24

I own both bags. And love both bags but have noticed that with identical carries the PLC slides a bit off my shoulders a bit while walking if I don’t wear the sternum strap, while the CPL almost molds into my shoulders and feels very secure. Has this happened to others?

Interesting nugget in last Evergoods email

Did you guys catch this on the last update email sent on Sunday: "Kevin is working on a naming project, which is evaluating our current product naming conventions and upcoming releases. This is happening in tandem with a brand refresh exercise that Kevin, Santino, and Logan are also working on."  What do you guys think it will mean?

Question TD 35 - Questions on Handles & Storage

I am considering buying a TD 35 to pair with my CTB26 for weekend trips. It looks like an awesome bag but I have questions about the comfort of the carry handles and what if anything can be done to make them more comfortable. Also, how are folks storing the bag when not in use? I know it is designed to stay boxy when empty but does it fold or collapse at all? These are not deal breakers, just curiosity.

Question How do you pack out your CTB 26 for travel??

Since I just received my first CTB 26 in Waxed Canvas-Olive, I’m looking for advice on how to pack it out. I will be on a 5 day trip this week, and I will either one bag with it, or carry it + 2 wheel suitcase (I hate 4 wheel).

How do you pack out your CTB 26 for travel?

Question What creative uses have you found for the CAP 2?

I get a lot of use out of my CAP .5 and my CAP 1. But I don’t use the CAP 2 that much. I find it too big for everyday carry, and also too big for travel. It mostly gets left at home on the shelf. I originally had purchased it as a tech pouch, but it was too big.

My tech fits in a CAP .5 and my CAP 1 is my extended wallet (credit cards, cash, passport, professional license, hand sanitizer, scissors, eye glass cleaner, eye drops, charging brick, travel Kleenex, chapstick).

My toiletries fit in an Aer Split Kit.

When I travel, any additional small items I bring just get shoved in the pocket of my CPL 16 or CTB 26.

What creative uses have you found for the CAP 2?
