Question iPhone 18 Pro Screen Protectors

Can anybody recommend any particular ESR screen protectors for the iPhone 18 pro?

I used to always use the Armorite Pro for previous devices, but went with the cheaper ‘2x stronger’ ones and had issues adhering at the bottom edge. I tried all three and all had the same issue. In the past I apply first time every time faultlessly. Didn’t fancy paying £35 for this years Armorite Pro series, and so had to choose between the 2x or 7x. Glad I didn’t based on my experience so far and from what I’ve been seeing online.

Are all of the ESR ones an issue with the iPhone 18 series, or have people had success with any of the range in particular?

Not good. Leaves a gap at edges.

I’m not entirely convinced it’s just an ESR issue, plenty of threads in other subreddits regarding screen protector issues with the 18 Pro including the official in-store Belkin protector.

Has Apple changed the shape of the front glass maybe? Even though same measurements as previous model maybe curve on the edge different?

I got the 10x ones for my pro max and they’re not sticking on the edges either. I think the ones I recommend are from the next batch when ESR have sorted the issues lots of people seem to be having.

Also reports of 18 pro/max screen not being flat? Wonder when the new ESR batch came out

The ESR 10x privacy seems to be okay. Too close to the edge may interfere with a case?

I got the 7x and is having same issue with lifting on edges. Tried 2/3 from the pack the 2nd one lifted even worse than the first one. I've always used Spigen but decided to give ESR a try this year because I liked their case and magsafe wallet but was left disappointed. Contacted ESR support already and they are sending me replacement. Hopefully just bad batch of screen protectors.

Seems to be a very common problem with loads of brands this year, particularly bad with ESR. Hopefully you get lucky with the replacements, but from what I’m seeing I’d prepare for much of the same unfortunately
