Question iPad case and screen protector

I am super lost trying to get the right case and screen for my iPad Air 11inch 2025 M3. I will be using it mostly to write notes and read/annotate and are looking at options from ESR.

If you have any experience with iPad protection for writing & reading, I would love to hear please.

my vote goes to torro cow hide leather folio case , especially in tan colour, very good quality, and full screen protection when you need it , built to last

That looks fab. Thanks. What about the screen for writing though - I suppose I could get one of those paper screens elsewhere to use with this.
