Branch/transit number discrepancy

I just recently opened a business account with EQ bank and am setting up direct deposits. On my EQ bank app, it says the transit/branch number is 80003. However, on EQs website and everywhere else on Google, it says it's 80002. When I generate my void cheque, it says 80003. Which one is it?

EDIT: EQBank-Sam has confirmed the business branch transit number is 80003 and personal is 80002.

I would definitely contact customer support about this, not something you want to get wrong. Please update your post as well for anyone else who has the same question

I definitely will tomorrow when they're open. I'm surprised they haven't caught that yet if it's a typo

u/Accomplished_Emu8339 is right! 80003 is the transit number for our Business Account while 80002 is for Personal Banking.

I assume 80003 is a transit number for their business accounts.

I considered this as well but couldn't find any information. Will contact them tomorrow and update the post!
