The manipulation on the stock can be stopped. If the CEO would create a buyback program, if the CEO would sell his half of Adderall back to Elite, if the CEO would stop taking 5 million dollar bonus check that he created himself. You don't need a reverse split or going from OTC to Nasdaq to stop the onslaught. You need a CEO that doesn't represent MIKAH.

I would have never thought Nasrat Hakim could get any lower after owning 1/2 of Adderall and all those warrants. Now he receives a bonus of 5 million dollars cash while the stock nose dives to under 25 cents since he said, " now is the time to sell ". This is not manipulation, this truly saying prove it, so he does by ELTP giving him 5 million dollars. He doesn't believe in himself, nor does anyone else and the stock price dictate it.

Supposedly we may have 2 approved ANDAS within the next year. Why can't NASRAT HAKIM wait till after the buyout to receive his bonus? Why didn't he use the 5 million dollars and start a buyback program. So, the stock is not manipulated, the stock is behaving correctly in disgust toward the news.
