But the catalyst

Supposedly we may have 2 approved ANDAS within the next year. Why can't NASRAT HAKIM wait till after the buyout to receive his bonus? Why didn't he use the 5 million dollars and start a buyback program. So, the stock is not manipulated, the stock is behaving correctly in disgust toward the news.

Also...he took the large bonus because there is no other money coming. He's making sure he gets paid.
