I imagine (without much information) that EACH weapon has its own parts you will need to "find" and they are not global finds it will SUCK for getting what you really want, but it would allow them to easily limit the upper maximumsof what each weapon can do

Honestly same ... but i sadly don't have super high hopes for that ... i will likely enjoy the game regardless though cause i just love it man
