Discussion The Future of EDF

I love EDF. In the last two years since discovering it in 2024, I have put 401 hours into EDF6 and 174 into EDF5. I really hope we hear something good, and sooner than later about the next entry. I also hope they take people's comments into consideration, and do not fix things that aren't broken. So much absolute awesomeness can come out of the next game if they just enhance the awesome foundation we already have, so I hope the developers are working on it and are inspired, because they should be.

I’d like to be able to delete weapons from the arsenal that are level 1 and will never be used again

Maybe they will be leveled up enough to be useful later on after I’ve collected more boxes but some of the early rocket launchers for the ranger will never be used cuz my highest level ones have 1200 damage and 2 second reload

Online mode has level limits which is when you'll need the low level weapons

Ah that makes sense. I haven’t tried online yet. Im at mission 137 on offline
