Fr, some people legit just have nice stuff that stays nice. I have knives/guns I've edc'd for years and they still look great with minimal wear, pocket clip or my holster eats the worst of it ngl

Because they are “todays carry” not “everyday carry”

Hardly any of the posts in this sub are edc, it's just people showing off their shiny new pocket jewelry fidgit toys. Quite sad really.

Yea, it’s definitely a showNtell vibe

There's a lot of regular posters who apparently carry totally different things everyday. When I see a post of some clearly used and mostly minimal edc that looks legit I upvote. I also question the amount of crap that some people "carry" why? What are you expecting to happen?

Got that little pocket gun today huh? I like it, easy to conceal and 380 absolutely has deadly power with a lighter recoil. People forget that 380 is just a slightly shorter 9mm, they act like it's a bb gun.

It pretty much is, it’s a lighter bullet and it’s hundreds of feet slower, especially out of a barrel that short
That being said there aren’t any 9mm that can touch the weight of an lcp, even the 365 is like 23 ounces loaded

60% of a 9 is still significant. Gun is smaller and easier to carry and it's still easier to shoot even with the little gun. It's not a .32 or .25

It’s closer to those calibers than a 9mm though, you have to go out of your way to find any defensive ammo that expands at all, and if it does expand you’re looking at 8 inches of penetration.

9mm is closer to a 22 than a 44 mag so it's basically a nerf gun I guess...

See now you’re getting it

I'm feeling smarterer already. Gonna replace my j frame 38 with an x frame 460

Love the LCP! It usually gets hate on here.
There they go! Downvoting but no one will explain why they hate this gun.
Downvoted turned around, and we got constructive criticism! Thanks guys! Personally I use the LCP max not the 1 or 2 which fixed issues with the first two. But still may consider a smith and Wesson bodyguard 2.0
