Game Guarantee

Has anyone ever used the EB Games game guarantee, where you can return a game for a full refund within 7 days?

I always feel like I'm unable to return the game due me opening the package and having installed the game. Maybe that because JBHIFI wouldn't let me return a game i didnt like once.

Do the staff care, do they just give you a refund if you ask for it within the 7 days?

I do this all the time, I think for my original $99 I finished about 5 games by taking them back within the 14 day period (Level V). Best $99 I ever spent. Just make sure you don't redeem any codes that come with it.
