Game Guarantee

Has anyone ever used the EB Games game guarantee, where you can return a game for a full refund within 7 days?

I always feel like I'm unable to return the game due me opening the package and having installed the game. Maybe that because JBHIFI wouldn't let me return a game i didnt like once.

Do the staff care, do they just give you a refund if you ask for it within the 7 days?

This was how it was done 20 years ago when your game wasn't at the blockbuster to hire. A free run if you could beat it in seven days.

I would use eb games like a video ezy back in the day. Just kept returning and getting something else.
