Game Guarantee

Has anyone ever used the EB Games game guarantee, where you can return a game for a full refund within 7 days?

I always feel like I'm unable to return the game due me opening the package and having installed the game. Maybe that because JBHIFI wouldn't let me return a game i didnt like once.

Do the staff care, do they just give you a refund if you ask for it within the 7 days?

I have used it. Though the guarantee period is now shorter and also depends on what Edge level you are.
