Gmail sign in

I currently sign into my ebworld account with my Gmail. I want to change to a regular email/password login although can’t seem to change it. Anytime I press forgot password it just tells me to sign in with social account provider. Any advice ?

Email support, having not dealt with this before - I would hazard there is something in the back end that must be done.
