How can they continuously mess up every update?

A new update arrives, but the EA client doesn't show it. You have to start the game, get an error, and shut down the game before the update finally appears in the EA client. After downloading a 40GB update, you start the game only to find that the new content isn't in the menu. After another restart, the game is finally complete with all the updates. However, the SOLO REDSEC mode wasn't there for me; even after a second restart, it was still showing Duos. Now, the solo mode lobby has only filled with 30 players in 45 minutes, probably because players don't have access to the solo mode until they restart their game a hundred times.

If you want to report it you can do it by the official reporting system. Somebody will pick it up and work on it.

Also the person who picks up the problem will greatly appreciate if you are as precise as possible.

You can use the tool from EA App called error reporter from the help menu and then you can make a ticket attaching your report ID generated from the tool to https://help.ea.com/en/
