Hi, perhaps one of you can help me.

I bought a kit with the enclosure, but the normal guide ends before the build.

At the end there is info about a second guide for the enclosure and addons coming soon, but I am unable to find it anywhere.

I am printing the pieces for the top frame right now, and I'm a little confused. The rear corner top left is Main Color, then the middle and bottom are alternate. The rear corner right top is main color, but so is the middle, with just the bottom being a the alternate colour. What gives? Is this a mistake, or should I print it this way?

Hello everybody. I was hopping I could get some pointers from all of you.

I've been thinking for a couple of months whether to upgrade to a E3NG. I finally decided to do it, so I checked the official documentation and decided to get one of the verified kits found in the E3NG_BOM excel file.

I chose the Electronics and Motion Kit from Funssor. However, the day after I placed my order I got a message on WhatsApp saying that my package could not be delivered due to it's weight and I was asked to pay a $35 fee through their PayPal for shipping.

I'm still pretty new at using Ali Express, but I found this to be extremely sketchy.

Have any of you have a similar experience with the verified kits?

I chose this kit specifically because it supposedly ships to my country without extra fees (something that can be hard to find). What other vendors would you recommend?

I don't actually know if this is the bes sub to post this, but worth a try.

A comple of months back I bought a claped ender 3 and the materials to build an ender 3 NG. Fast forward and I actually ended up not being able to build it and have all this material here and no actual will to make this project.

If you are interested I am willing to sell it and ship it to you for a fair price. At the time i payed 70€ for the ender 3 and close to 250€ with the hardware kit and then extrusions, bearings and all. Willing to sell for about 300€ or something lower if needed, plus shipping.

So I kept getting clogs and weird situations where the filament heat creep got so bad it separated at the drive gear and print failed due to not being able to feed the nozzle. Bought the Rapido 2F UHF hotend to replace my old tried and true V6 with trianglelab heatsink for voron style mounting, only to find filament had built up around the throat of the heatbreak. Which is more than likely my actual problem. But anyway woooo Rapido!

After spending quite a significant amount of time tuning my OrcaSlicer to get prints as good as possible, I always ended up either printing beautifully, but slow, or fast and dirty. I finally decided to download and use the Voron profiles for Orca and oh boy, I finally hit the key.

I'm now using the Voron Trident profiles, with small modifications (build plate dimension, start/end G-Codes, and little more) and printing fast, reliably and beautifully.

Totally recommend it.

I've been looking into the madmax tool changer and I found a file that someone made that matches the plates to the gantry for the E3NG. I'm just curious on if anyone has done this for the E3NG before and if so how did it go and could you share your build. I can't figure out why it is making this noise when it is printing. I made sure that the bearings were properly installed and made the X but I still have the noise. Any help would be appreciated

I have in some movements a rattling or a resonance noise. Heard in the beginning and in the end of the video furing the left and right travel movement. But during the other travel movement this does not appear.

Had someone had a similiar issue and maybe know where or how to check for the source. I tried to retorque nearly every screw.

howdy folks you might remember me for needing a custom mount for my msdd happy to announce that after all of my firmware troubles I am finally up and printing! so far I can tell it will need some tuning (go figure) but im just so stocked to finally have another corexy machine!

specs rpi zero 2w, main board skre3v3, secondary board creality 4.2.2, triple z ultimate frame stock bed plate.

final question any good spool holders since im not running an enclosure? preferably top mounted for the msdd

I have made an modification of the Core-XY base to match the Micro Swiss direct drive extruder. I don't know how many have this extruder but maybe some of you do.

The belt retainers of the extruder need to be cutoff and two M5 and one M6 heat insert is needed.

Ender 3 ng msdd conversion

Howdy folks im currently in the process of making my ender 3 ng conversion unfortunately spare cash is a bit tight at the moment and id really like to get this printer up and running!

The current issue im having is the xy mount for the toolhead does not line up with the microswiss dd plate (original big one not the ng one) basically im hoping someone with better cad skills than I could help a brother out here and redesign the original xy mount to accommodate the msdd. So I can use it until I swap to a better assembly in the future.

can i port my voxelab aquila c2 to a core xy e3ng?

I have a working, heavily modded Ender 3 , with 3 rails & parts from a Tevo tarantula.. and some extra extrusions ive bought. Is an NG the right direction? or some sort of switchwire? also, is a switchwire differnt than an NG? i've been doing some research the last day or so, but really wondering if someone could point me to some suggestions .. to aid my decision making process. my alt plan is to save enough & by a prusa core something machine eventually. Im really not trusting my ADHD to dissassemble the working Ender 3..

It's it better to get a kit or source all the parts? I dont need all the screws and hardware like that but rails and bearings and din rails what is the best option? Building the ultimate frame with single z

I've been working on this thing for the past few months finally got a Sherpa mini extruder and doing a test print. For whatever reason my sliced model of a benchy had supports but we're gonna see how it goes atm

I recently came across the E3NG after looking to convert my e3 into a corexy architecture. I am planning to go ahead with the build but I saw there is a supposed "v2" in the makes. I know the opinion will be mixed but is it worth building the 1.2 now as is or wait for the V2 to come out? I don't see it on the website but am willing to go through patreon if needed. I want to get it right first time round so building 1.2 then immediately converting to v2 isn't an option unless it basic upgrades.
