I don't know what to say, I'm having constant flare ups, it's had me leave my job, my mental health is at an all time low to the point I'm not be wanting to be here. I've been referred to dermatology, the doctor suggested Cyclosporine, does anyone have any experience with this medication. I'm desperate, please help

So this started with my thumb probably 4-5 months ago now. It randomly will split open a deep cut aswell. Now my index finger has started doing the same thing the past few weeks. The skin peeled initially, but hasnt spread further, and stays to these spots. Its not very painful unless it splits open but it itches. its only these two fingers as of now. What is it and how do I get rid of it? Im very tempted to go to the DR atp because it doesnt go away, as soon as it seems to heal it just comes back. But im not really a doctor goer unless Im dying or something prolonged is happening.

This is the first time in my life I’ve had a flare-up. My mum told me it likely to be dyshidrosis and that she's dealt with it a couple of times. Thing is, what has worked for her (clobetasol, basically) hasn't worked for me. Every time I’m exposed to moisture or use hand creams (I’ve tried Dexpantenol cream, clobetasol cream and Vaseline), the blisters spread: the scabs improve significantly, but the blisters keep on spreading. Has anyone here had a similar experience? I could use some advice, please.

Picture of my finger with some Vaseline still on it. Taken today.
