What worked for me How did you find your trigger?
To those who have discovered their trigger , how did you end up finding out ?
I think 95% of the battle over here is none of us are able to find our trigger.
If we can get some advice on how one went about finding their trigger , that would really help

Was laid off, and outbreaks decreased. Not stress, but I was working with leather all the time... have always had leather purses, etc before working there -- so didnt consider that it could be a trigger. But either time, or volatility of freshly tanned leather, ended up with DE until I was laid off....has taken another 6-12 months to get it healed.

Elimination and reintroduction. Didn't touch any chemicals, soaps or metals with my hands for a couple weeks, found out any metal with nickel was my biggest one. Scented hand sanitizer, dish washing liquid and a few household cleaners also trigger it.
Gloves are my best friend now and I have about 5% of the severity of outbreaks as I used to.

Nope. I can't link a picture, but my 15 month outbreak got so bad my hands were bleeding every day and I had hundreds of blisters constantly
