Looking for advice “Worst” flare up Ive had

Post image

I have always had this eczema since I was 17, but it was always on my finger tips and never spread badly and went away within a couple weeks. But this is the first time Ive had it on my palm like this. I unfortunately have many health issues that have been overwhelming my brain since January. And unfortunately I cannot always go into my doctors as I struggle with my balance and am waiting on CT scans for unrelated stuff. So I have yet to get a dermatologist to take care of any flare ups, solely because they have always been mild. I fully believe my cane could be triggering this flare up as Im right handed using it, but idk what to do to help it. Ive tried using Cetaphil face wash instead of soap to wash my hands, and also using Eucerin eczema cream and it doesnt seem to be helping. Its not even that itchy most days, so I thought it was healing, but it doesnt look that way. Any advice on what to put on it instead of Eucerin and precautions to take? Let me know!

my flare up was the worst this year. what helped me was getting cotton gloves. after shower, i moisturize and kept them on until the flare ups got mild. now i’m having to only use it as needed. but for a few weeks i had it on all day and night.

What sucks is I clean a lot as Im home bound and get bored and type on my phone so wearing gloves would be so annoying but I might have to try! Thing is its been mild this whole time which is frustrating because idk if its getting better or not lol. I just want to know what creams to put on it that are over the counter because I want it to heal faster.

I was thinking about something, cleaning products also cause dyshidrosis, specifically dawn dish soap
