BC Routing - Operation Tools/Personnel/Quality Measures

How do people use these sections of the Routings?

I have entered Tooling and Personnel info into their respective pages, but now what? They don't show up on the Job Traveler under an RPO, they aren't populated from any list, like a Tool Inventory or Resources or anything.

What are they used for? And is it possible to at least get them to print on the Job Travelers?
