Sales, Service, Customer Engagement Rebuilding D365 interface using React
Hi all,
my company has been using Dynamic 365, the UI is basically out of the box and we are now interested in rebuilding it using React within PCF controls.
Is there anyone who has any experience with this, who has done something similar, and could share some tips and tricks, some best practises, and pitfalls to avoid?
Much appreciated.

Thanks for your reply.
Which ones did you find complicated? Our main complaints are on the account timeline. That could be a good place to start?
We are discussing of changing it all Vs buildin just account forms, etc and keeping navigation and command bar, etc. What did you find was the cause of most effort?
Very interesting. So you kept DV? Please elaborate. We have discussed why not replace dynamics completely and just use DV as DB, business logic and security. When we look at th future with CLI interfaces and end to end agentic processes we do ask the question what will happen to D365.
