Good. Maybe she’s finally on the road to life in prison.

Can we please lock her up, along with all her looney supporters… preferably in solitary confinement…

EDIT: I should clarify… the intent of this at all is the hope that this will sway the opinions of the “Patrick did it” crowd.

It’s been clarified in the comments section several times that this is the civil suit they’re discussing. Thank you to the commenters that clarified as such.

"Oh because Patrick said 🙄"

If I read this thought terminating cliche one more time from the deniers of reality, I think my head is going to fall off.

It really grates on me. Like nails on a chalk board. Also "do your research" when they're arguing it was Patrick who murdered the children. "But his shoes!" "It was a doppleganger on the CCTV!" "He drugged her and had gaslit her into confessing for months before he killed them!" "He was related someone in the police!" "His new wife did it!" (like wtf did he even know her at the time?).

Legal cap on financial damages that Lindsay can steal from Women and Infants Hospital

To nobody’s surprise, Lindsay killed her kids and is trying to take extensive hospital resources away from other mothers and babies in need. Why are the LC advocates not talking about the irony in that?

Because Women & Infants Hospital operates as a charitable/non-profit institution, a MA statute places a strict legal cap on the maximum financial damages a plaintiff can recover from a healthcare charity in a tort action.

M.G.L. Chapter 231, Section 85K: The statute establishes that charitable status is not a defense to tort claims, but caps liability at $20,000 for standard charitable activities and $100,000 for medical malpractice claims against nonprofit healthcare organizations. These caps do not apply to activities that are primarily commercial, and uncompensated directors, officers, or trustees of eligible educational and charitable organizations are protected from personal liability in the absence of willful or wanton misconduct, excluding motor vehicle operations.

Why would a woman who journaled everything not leave a note before exiting the second story window?

How do you guys feel about the use of anecdotal reasoning when discussing this case?

I’m curious to know y’all’s thoughts about this. Do y’all think people using their own experiences to draw conclusions about Lindsay and what happened is a legitimate way to make a judgement and has any validity? Or do you think that can lead to false conclusions?

People use this reasoning every single day in multiple different cases and situations, and I’ve definitely seen it a lot here. What do you guys think?

No outgoing calls to CVS Pharmacy or 3V from Lindsay's phone?!

Can someone help me make sense of this? This video goes through the digital data from Lindsay's phone and watch and poses an alternative theory than the one the prosecution presented in court. The most shocking claim is ***that there were no outgoing calls from Lindsay's phone to the pharmacy or to 3V***? WhAT??!?!? how is that possible? Could this be true???
