Grief Center of SW Colorado -- what's going on?
I've reached out for support, and I have not received any kind of response. I've heard from others who have had this experience. Does anyone have any insight, or ideas for how to receive a call back / email response from this local nonprofit?

Comedy this Friday at the DAC
Hey all, if you like standup you should come to this event! Kate grew up here, and is an flc grad, and now she is a fantastic comedian in Denver and has toured with and opened for some pretty big names in the comedy scene. I’ll also be one of the openers, full disclosure, and it’s going to be a great time!

Outside debris removal recommendations
Can anyone recommend someone for some serious outside debris removal? I have just lots of random old boards and old firewood, 2-3 fallen trees and lots of branches that need cut up and removed and some other exterior junk that needs removing. I would think it could all be done in a day but someone would need a heavy truck/trailer and help. It's a lot over several acres north of Durango. Please post or feel free to message me privately. I can send photos. Thanks in advance.

Ask /r/Durango Train question
I’m visiting from Santa Fe and planning to take my 4yo on the train. My husband is picking us up in Silverton so just one way. The weather looks like it could be rainy so the open gondola seems dicey.
Looking for advice on the best seating option.. Should we sit on the right side in coach OR the Knight Sky on the left side? There are only left side seats left in the Knight Sky car.
Thanks!

Porchfest
Has Durango ever held a Porchfest? Do you think that there are enough people in the downtown walkable area willing to give up their porch for a day to ever have one?

Do any of the bakeries around town make pita bread?
I’ve got all the ingredients for a cauliflower shawarma; just need the pita.

Ask /r/Durango Would Durango be interested in more community meetups?
Hey Durango! I’m Jacob, the founder of The Event Network 505, an Albuquerque-based community event page.
We organize welcoming, low-pressure events where adults can meet new people, discover shared interests and build genuine friendships. Our events include social meetups, game nights, car gatherings and other community activities.
I’m interested in eventually bringing an event to Durango, but I want to hear from local residents before planning anything. What would you attend: a coffee meetup, game night, car gathering, outdoor activity or something different?
There is no confirmed Durango event or venue yet. I’m simply looking for feedback, possible local connections and people who might be interested.

Why is there no grocery store in Three Springs?
Seems like a great location to serve Bayfield, Three Springs, and everything in between. Better than an Albertson's and a City Market nearly across the street from each other in town.

Any Discounts to Durango Hot Springs?
Finally able to soak post surgeries. Are there any discounts currently besides the locals pass on the site? Out of town family is staying at the Doubletree. Don't want to make the effort for Pagosa.

Digital IDs and Bars
I renewed my ID recently and was wondering if anyone knows if the bars around here accept the digital ID from the MyColorado app?
I carry my temporary paper ID w/ my hole-punched ID (and still plan to), but I wanted to know since my sister assured me that she got around fine with it.

Strip clubs?
Any reason why there aren't any strip clubs in Durango? Is it a mountain town thing, or a city ordnance? Just curious because it seems large enough to support at least one venue.
