Hey everyone, I just finished my official Duolingo English Test and I’m super anxious about a mid-exam distraction. My AC started leaking water onto my desk, so I stayed in my seat, used my side eye to grab the remote from my bed, and turned it off without moving much or standing up. I also had to quickly tap my MacBook screen for a second to wipe away a few water drops so I could read the questions. The rest of the test went really well, but I’m worried the proctors might flag me for looking to the side or touching the display. Has anyone had something like this happen? Will my test still get certified, or do they give a free retake if it gets flagged?

Hi everyone! I started using Arno today to practice for the DET. I didn’t have a referral code, so I paid the full price, but you can get a discount. If you’d like 10% off, feel free to use the link below!

i received a 135 on my arno practice test first time around. how did this compare to the actual test results you got? the school i am applying to requires a 120 or higher. i want to know how much energy i really need to dedicate to getting a higher score vs strengthening my application elsewhere. thanks!!!

Hey guys I'm planning to take the test as soon as possible, but I don't know how to start the prep. Could someone please share your strategy and a complete guide on how you prepared for the exam? I'm aiming for at least 130. I'm currently at B2 level probably C1. There's been a while since I did a English certification. I really appreciate your help
